1. Sponsor

The Rx Sports Video Testimonial Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Rx Sports, LLC, 1100 Wicomico St., Ste. 540, Baltimore, MD 21230
(“Sponsor”)

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on December 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Contest Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Contest Period:

1. Record a 20–60 second video testimonial featuring your personal experience using any Rx Sports product.
2. Post the video on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
3. Tag Rx Sports in your post.
4. Include the hashtag #RxSportsTestimonial.
5. Ensure your account or post is public so Sponsor can view the submission.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Video Requirements

By submitting a video, entrant represents and warrants that:

• The video is the entrant’s original work.
• The video does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• No other person appears in the video unless they have given express permission.
• The content does not include profanity, violence, illegal behavior, or any offensive material.
• The entrant has the legal right to grant Sponsor usage rights as described below.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand values.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) Luxury Box Tickets to the New Edition Way Tour on February 14, 2026, in Baltimore, MD (CFG Bank Arena) plus parking.
• Approximate retail value: $1,200–$1,800, depending on market pricing.

Three (3) winners will receive:

• 3oz Cooling Topical  (1)
• 30ct Pain Relief Tablets  (1)

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor is not responsible for travel, lodging, or additional expenses.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries on or about February 3, 2026.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Winner will be notified via direct message from Rx Sports on the platform where the entry was submitted.
• Winner must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering the Contest, entrants grant Sponsor a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to:

• Use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted video,
• In marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional materials,
• In any media format, without compensation other than the prize.

Entrant waives any claims to royalties or additional compensation regarding Sponsor’s use of submitted content.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity.
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. 

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or inaccessible entries,
• Technical failures,
• Platform outages,
• or unauthorized third-party actions.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from:

• Participation in the Contest,
• Use of the prize,
• or Sponsor’s use of submitted video content.

Winner assumes all risks associated with attendance at the event.

11. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
Social media platforms used to enter are not sponsors of this Contest.

12. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
