Tony Kennedy is the Chief Executive Officer of Rx Sports, LLC, where he leads the firm’s strategic vision and business development initiatives across professional and amateur sports. Mr. Kennedy earned his B.A. from Towson University and was a Division I scholarship athlete at Virginia Tech, competing at the highest level of collegiate athletics. He went on to play professionally as an NFL running back for the Dallas Cowboys, bringing firsthand experience of elite competition and professional sports operations to his executive leadership. In addition to his role at Rx Sports, Mr. Kennedy serves as President of the Mid-Atlantic Sports Foundation and is the creator of the Maryland Crab Bowl, a premier postseason all-star event that showcases top collegiate football talent while supporting community and charitable initiatives. His combined background as a scholar-athlete, professional player, and sports executive positions him as a respected leader in sports management, athlete development, and event creation.

Dennis Schultz serves as Chief Operating Officer of Rx Sports, LLC, where he oversees operations, product strategy, and strategic partnerships. In this role, he is instrumental in positioning the company at the forefront of safe, science-backed alternatives to traditional pain relief, with a particular focus on athlete performance, recovery, and long-term wellness. Dennis plays a central role in ensuring that Rx Sports’ formulations are compliant, effective, and trusted by professional athletes, trainers, and healthcare providers. His leadership emphasizes rigorous quality standards, regulatory alignment, and practical application, helping bridge the gap between innovation and accessibility in the CBD and sports recovery space. He is also an active advocate for increased industry awareness, higher quality benchmarks, and greater regulatory clarity within sports medicine. Dennis holds a B.S. in Technology Education from Virginia Tech and brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector. His career includes senior roles in sales, customer success, business development, and consulting with leading global companies such as Dropbox, Samsung, Dell, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and Microsoft. His cross-disciplinary background enables him to translate complex technology and regulatory requirements into scalable, market-ready solutions for the sports and wellness industry.

As Chief-of-Staff, Eric plays a pivotal role in supporting the Rx Sports Executive Team by delivering strategic, operational, and project management expertise. His advanced skill set enables him to streamline processes, facilitate seamless collaboration, and provide effective solutions that drive the organization toward achieving its vision and mission. Eric brings over thirty years of distinguished experience working in the Fortune 500 sector, consistently serving in client-focused roles. His extensive background has equipped him with deep insights into large-scale organizational dynamics, customer relationship management, and best-in-class business operations. Eric’s ability to adapt, innovate, and lead within complex environments has been integral to his ongoing success and the advancement of the teams he supports. Eric’s commitment to professional excellence is further demonstrated by his academic credentials. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Health Care Management, providing him with a strong foundation in organizational leadership and industry-specific knowledge. In addition, Eric earned a Master’s Degree in Technology Management, equipping him with the skills required to oversee and implement cutting-edge technological solutions within dynamic business settings.

Rooja brings 10+ years of leadership in sports medicine, athlete recovery, and healthcare innovation. With an Executive MBA from the University of East London and a Sports Medicine Trainer Certification through IFPA, she bridges elite athletic care with business excellence. Rooja has supported elite athletes at international events including the Paris 2024 Olympics and Super Bowl LVIII, optimizing recovery and performance outcomes. Fluent in English, Farsi & Turkish Rooja excels in culturally informed, athlete-centered care.

Darrell Green played for over 20 years with the NFL’s Washington Redskins. Darrell is considered to be one of the greatest cornerbacks and fastest players in NFL history. While with the Redskins Darrell won 2 Super Bowls before retiring in 2003. He was named the 1996 NFL Man of the Year, inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2004 and the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2008, and included on the NFL 100th Anniversary All-Time Team. Green founded the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation which creates opportunity for children living in insecure environments. He also serves on the boards of many other community organizations.

Michelle Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and resides in Loudoun County, Virginia. A devoted wife and mother of two sons, both former athletes, including her youngest who played football for the University of Pennsylvania, Michelle has always centered her life around family.

Dr. Jennifer Davis is a distinguished sports chiropractor, specializing in athlete longevity, injury prevention, and recovery optimization. With extensive experience in elite sports—including serving as a key care provider at the 2012, 2016 & 2024 Paris Olympics—Dr. Davis has helped secure multiple Olympic medals and supported over ten finalists with tailored performance strategies. A passionate advocate for women in sports, she champions equitable access to sports medicine and mentorship for female athletes. A sought-after speaker and consultant, Dr. Davis works with elite clubs, corporate teams, and global conferences, guiding leaders in sports medicine, athlete advocacy, and wellness optimization.Â

Charles Eggleston is a retired Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom wounded combat war veteran of the U.S. Army. Charles Eggleston is also a Purple Heart and Bronze Star recipient. Currently, Mr. Eggleston is President and CEO of Three Seven Consulting, Inc., and has served as the Commander for the Military Order of the Purple Heart for the State of Maryland as well as Regional Commander. He is also the Chairman of the DC Veterans Affairs CVEB and serves as a state delegate of the Maryland Joint Veterans Committee for the State of Maryland. In 2021, Mr. Eggleston became the first NFL Hall of Fame Hall of Heroes inductee. Eggleston underwent over 70 surgeries and spent three years recovering at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

B.S. in Microbiology and Ph.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine with a MBA from the University of Maryland. John has 30+ years experience in start-up companies, pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical product development, and FDA clinical trials experience.

B.S. in Biology and Chemistry with a M.S. in Neuroscience, and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Tulane University. Pharmacologist and board-certified toxicologist with over a decade of experience in cannabis research. Tracy developed the company’s proprietary formulations for all products.

B.S. in English and Business Writing from Towson University with a decade of experience in the cannabis industry. Develops and coordinates the company’s new products, plus tends to all sales and marketing efforts.

B.S. in Business Administration with a MBA from Shenandoah University. Experienced in FDA regulated medical device manufacturing, accounting systems, operations, and inventories.

University of Delaware undergraduate and School of Law. Admitted in MD, former Assistant Attorney General. Three decades legal experience in small company development, and corporate tax knowledge.

B.S. in biology with a Ph.D. in Genetics from Penn State University College of Medicine. Professor, Dir. Life Sciences Institute at the University of Maryland BioPark. Kathleen has 40+ years of experience as a professor and biotechnology development training, and she is integral in the clinical trials and employee scientific training.
