Rx Sports Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the time of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be intact, new or partially used, and labeled as you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Certain non-returnable items, such as gift cards, merchandise, and/or downloadable products.
To complete your return:
- Contact our Customer Care Team at support@rxsports.net with your order confirmation or your order number (as proof of purchase from Rx Sports).
- Upon receiving proof of purchase and confirming your order is eligible for a return, we will send you a self-addressed, pre-paid return label.
- Package and ship your return via USPS (Note: Your package must be post-marked within 14-days of receiving the return label).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Rx Sports will process your refund (minus the cost of shipping), and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account, so we recommend contacting your bank for updates. If after 10 business days, your credit has still not posted, please contact support@rxsports.net.
